• The Reform Union Club is a public-benefit non-profit association. It was founded as a private club with the view to providing successful and distinguished figures from various spheres of Bulgaria’s business, cultural and social life with opportunities to meet in an informal atmosphere, to establish contact networks which would guarantee the continued exchange of management practices, as well as to build upon their prior knowledge through direct communication with distinguished local and international guest speakers invited to the club’s events.

  The Club brings together the finalists of the annual editions of the “Manager of the Year” competition and well-recognised figures from the professional and public circles, who strive to promote and encourage good management in the business sphere and the country’s social life. The following are among the primary aims of the Club:

  • To increase the management skills of high-ranking executives and to create a contacts database enabling experience sharing;
  • To pass on knowledge and experience to the younger generation of Bulgarian managers;
  • To introduce and establish innovative types of corporate social responsibility.

  The main challenge before the members of the Club is the development of a practically viable synthesized model of the qualities which are necessary to achieve success nowadays.

  The main values expressed in the association’s activities are interwoven in its motto – “Friendship, Leadership, Ethics”.
