  Membership in the Reform Union Club is granted following a stringent procedure for the nomination and approval of the candidate by the current members of the Club, which is laid down in detail in the Club’s Rules. The main requirement for the candidates is that they should have established themselves as leaders in their field, that they should have an impeccable public reputation and the will and potential to work toward the fulfilment of the Club’s goals. Only the finalists of the “Manager of the Year” competition receive an invitation for membership without having to undergo the preliminary nomination procedure.
