Club Lecture by Prof. Peter Akos Bod

On 16 May 2013, in Triaditsa 1 Hall of Grand Hotel Sofia, the Reform Union Club organised a lecture and dinner for its members and partners. Thanks to the Club’s friends from the Hungarian Embassy in Sofia, as represented by H.E. Andras Klein – Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador, and Mr. Tibor Nemeth – commercial advisor, the guest speaker invited for the lecture was Prof. Peter Akos Bod. In the course of his professional career, Prof. Bod has occupied the posts of Minister of Economy and of Trade of Hungary, Manager of the National Bank, member of the Board of Governors of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, etc.
The title of the lecture which the guest read to those present was “The Economic Policy of the EU Periphery: The Hungarian Case”.
